Study of Experiment on Electronic Refrigeration Milling Clamping System

With a simulation and relevant calculations towards the electronic refrigeration milling clamping system,a practical calculation method between frozen medium and work-piece is introduced in this article,as well as the calculation method of system clamping force.These provide a basis for the cutting parameters choosing process.Moreover,when combining the carbon steel and frozen medium under different temperatures,the various values of adhesion coefficient μ are measured.Using these values,a comprehensive analysis of how to improve the system performance is discussed.
