Provided is a more simple, safe, and convenient user authentication method using a mobile device and the voice data of a user in order to conveniently and safely connect to a smart work network. The user authentication method makes a feature of comprising the step of registering standard voice data when the user’s mobile device successively inputs and transmits the authentication words to a voice authentication server after a voice authentication service generates a plurality of authentication words according to the connection of a user’s mobile device, and the voice authentication server makes a feature of comprising the step of requesting approval for access to a smart work network by enabling the mobile device to transmit encrypted values to the voice authentication server using the public key according to a request for one of voice data divided by user’s mobile device, by decrypting the encrypted value using a personal key, by restoring the selected and divided voice data, and by finding out a common point with the cut surface of the standard voice data.
