Method and system for finding churn factor for user churn of network application

The invention relates to the technical field of Internet, and discloses a method and system for finding the churn factor for user churn of a network application. The method comprises that according to a universal data set of lost users, the proportion of the lost user amount of each user churn operation scene of the network application to the total lost user amount is calculated, and user operation scenes with relatively higher proportion are determined; the churn factors of the determined user operation scenes are analyzed; according to the proportion of the lost users of the user operation scene to which the churn factor belongs to the total lost users, the influential weighted value of the churn factor is calculated; and whether then influential weighted value of the churn factor is greater than or equivalent to a threshold is determined, and if yes, the churn factor is determined to be a primary churn factor. According to embodiments of the invention, cluster analysis is carried out on users according to data flows of the network application to find details as design defects of each sub module of the network application.
