Research on Evaluation Index of Rural Roads Development Level

In view of the fact that there is no systematic evaluation method for the development level of rural roads, this paper puts forward an evaluation method for the development level of rural roads. On the basis of summarizing the current situation of rural roads development in China, this paper takes the county-level region as the evaluation object, systematically constructs the index system of rural roads development level evaluation from four aspects of construction, management, maintenance and operation, uses the analytic hierarchy process, and studies and formulates various evaluations. The evaluation criteria of indicators are to accurately, objectively and reasonably understand the development process of rural roads, master the development level of rural roads, and construct a set of evaluation methods for the development level of rural roads. To guide the high-quality development of county-level rural roads to provide work direction, also for all levels of transport departments to evaluate the development level of rural roads to provide reference standards.
