Energy saving property study of the BCHP system

Based on cooling load,heating load and power load calculation of a six-storied residential building in Ji'nan,the energy saving property study of the building cooling,heating and power(BCHP) systems was made.Two types of the BCHP systems were studied,one type was driven by a small gas internal combustion engine,and the other type was driven by a micro gas turbine.Calculations were also made on the systems' waste heat utilization and the value of primary energy consumption rate,and the calculation results were compared with that of the distributed energy system.The calculation results showed that the BCHP system could save fuel resources.The result of the study states indicated that waste heat utilization,operational efficiency of main equipments were the main factors which influenced the energy saving property of the BCHP system.In addition,program alternatives of the BCHP system should consider the proportion of cooling load,heating load and power load of the case.
