파일럿 공급 압력에 따른 브레이크 밸브의 특성에 관한 연구

The core technology in construction machines is to make more light machines with the best performance from development of high efficiency engines, improvement of efficient hydraulic system and application of new high tensile materials. There are a lot of construction machines such as bulldozer, motor grader, wheel loader. excavator and others. Especially hydraulic system of the excavator has been developed widely. because the excavator is the most effective and flexible equipment in construction field. The study on the brake valve operated by hydraulic pilot pressure for swing motor has not been done enough until now. The brake valve is consisted of two relief valves. four check valves and one spool valve. In this study. static characteristics of the main relief valve and the over load relief valve are analyzed, and dynamic characteristics of spool valve according to jet angle and supply pressure are studied by simulation and experiment. These results could be utilized as a basic information to design and make better brake valves.
