Enhanced detection technique for mimo-ofdm with dfe in hybrid stbc

In this paper, an efficient DFE detection technique for hybrid STBC is proposed. In this proposed scheme, the candidate symbols are used to detect the initial symbol more exactly. The candidate symbols are selected according to the first detected symbol of DFE detector, and then, we can choose the stream which has lower error rate among the candidate streams by using ML criteria. Here stream means a set of detected all SM symbols. And we can set the number of candidate symbols, T. The decoding complexity and system performance can be controlled by the number of T.
