A Cache Placement Strategy for Energy Savings in CCN

In order to optimize the energy consumption of the network, the best cache placement point is selected from the perspective of the user. First of all, the distance sequence of different nodes arriving at each user is obtained by network channel detection, and the corresponding energy consumption of content transmission is obtained from distance sequence. Secondly, the revenue function of the cache node is derived by two factors of energy, including the additional energy consumed by the change of the cache node and the energy savings of the content transmission. Finally, the optimal stopping theory is used to obtain the maximum expected energy saving. The simulation results show that compared with other classical algorithms, this strategy has more energy savings, higher caching benefit and delivery success rate, and achieves better energy consumption optimization effect.
