Roller-type seat board and functional chair using same

The present invention relates to a roller-type seat board having a roller support structure in which both ends of each of a plurality of pipe-type support shafts are fixed between an upper housing and a lower housing of the seat board, and wherein only the rollers are exposed to enable easy assembly without causing problems in terms of appearance and durability. The present invention also relates to a chair using the roller-type seat board. The chair of the present invention comprises: a base frame beneath which a plurality of legs are installed; said seat board which is mounted on the base frame, and in which both ends of each of the support shafts are embedded and secured in the respective sides of the square space formed at the center of a seat board housing, wherein said support shafts are coupled to a plurality of rollers, respectively, such that the rollers are rotatable; a pair of armrests, each of which has one end supported at the respective left and right sides of the base frame and the other end supporting the respective left and right arms of a user; and a back board unit, one side of which is supported at the rear end of the base frame and the other side of which supports the back of the user.
