도시철도차량 객실출입문시스템 RCM 적용에 관한 연구

It executes reliability analysis to apply RCM after selecting critical systems of Urban rail vehicles in Seoul Metropolitan Rapid Transit. An important passenger door system in aspects of passenger safety and service would like to introduce results of reliability analysis. First, It defines the failure and function of each item to select 35 parts of Passenger door system for reliability analysis and researches failure mode effect analysis of parts and LTA(logical tree analysis). Accordingly, applying RCM of step 7 process is compared with maintenance patterns to eliminate failure modes. Also with using field failure data in 11 years executes failure analysis and researches a life cycle of items.
