ENERGY HARVESTING FROM A MAGNETIC LEVITATION SYSTEM EXCITED BY AN ELECTRO-DYNAMICAL SHAKER

This work presents a dynamical analysis of a Magnetic Levitation system. Moreover, the energy harvesting of the system will be considered by applying the Kirchhoff’s law for electrical circuits. The system is base-excited by an electro-dynamical shaker. Some analysis with Lyapunov exponent and basin of attraction were evaluated to a certain region of parameters by giving access to many different behaviours of the system. In addition, the energy harvesting was computed to the same region. The results showed from periodic to chaotic orbits with low and high values of power.
