In view of the traditional welding location of tube plate by CAD drawing welding gun positioning, positioning position is not accurate, in the heat exchanger production process, the heat exchange tube welding is prone to quality problems, proposed a tube plate welding seam positioning correction algorithm based on Canny image edge segmentation algorithm. Two global threshold segmentation methods are used to reduce the inaccuracy of edge segmentation information caused by artificial high and low thresholds. In the process of tube plate welding, the welding seam identification accuracy of the connection between the heat exchange tube and the tube plate is improved, and the welding machine is helped to find the accurate position of the inner and outer circle of the heat exchange tube.
