Hybrid lidar system using combination of time correlated single photon counting and waveform sampling

Large dynamic range of returned laser signal intensity challenges the lidar waveform sampling (WS) detection schemes. A hybrid lidar system design using the complementarity WS and time correlated single photon counting (TCSPC) has been proposed.
