Adaptive noise canceller applied to harmonic line interference

In problem of Adaptive Self-Noise Canceling in flank array sonar, reference signals' pick up and fusion withhigh quality are the key points. First the distribution characteristic of self-noise along the concerned frequency band isdiscussed, then the conception of ANC addressing Harmonic Line interference Cluster is Proposed.Following reference[1], where a theoretical solution of ANC addressing single frequency line interference is given,this paper will discuss the case of Multi-Tone Line interference. Based on the notch filtering quality faCtor, the design ofLine interference canceller with constant Q is approached. An effective scheme to synthesize the Harmonic Line Clusteris also proposed in addition. Relative computer simulation and sea trial have been carried out, with satisfying results.
