After using rooted connected directed graph to describe the Web view model of bioinformatics secondary database, this paper addresses the bioinformatics background knowledge into the designation of the Web views and its related connection. Through the constant, static and dynamic view component of the Web view model, uniform conceptive abstraction of bioinformatics computing and data resource share is solved. A selenoprotein-based secondary database which is hereby constructed supplies not only routine data management and release service, but also connection in series data resources releasing including genes and amino acids sequences and Web computing such as protein three dimensional viewing. The connection is consistent with the information flowing view of molecule biology.
