Mounting structure for battery in electric vehicle

PURPOSE: A battery mounting structure of an electric vehicle is provided to extend the travelling distance of an electric vehicle at one time charge by mounting each battery module in the tire wells in between the seats of a first row, on the seats of a second row and in a trunk of the electric vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A battery mounting structure for an electric vehicle includes a main relay box(24), a first battery module, and a second battery module(32). The main relay box is connected electrically with an inverter(22). The first battery module is mounted on the lower part of the second row seats of a vehicle. The main housing is positioned in between the first row of seats and on the lower part of the second row of seats of a vehicle. The main housing is mounted on the vehicle. The main housing accommodates the main relay box and the first battery module inside. The second battery module is positioned in the front of the first battery module in the inside of the main housing. The second battery module is connected electrically with the main relay box and the first battery module.
