Frequency Planning for Slow Frequency Hopping System

Radio resources planning for frequency hopping mili tary systems is very complex task due to the size o f considered deployments, the radio resource limitati ons and the complexity of the radio phenomena to ta ke into account . In this paper, we present some aspects of the loc al search algorithm proposed to deal with this prob lem. We focus more specially on the developed degradatio n control mechanisms, which plays very important ro le in view of the perturbed nature of the objective funct ion.
