The invention discloses a finger-pressure power generating device based on piezoelectric conversion. The finger-pressure power generating device comprises a square insulated housing, wherein an upper elastic pole piece is arranged on the upper surface of the insulated housing; a lower elastic pole piece is arranged on the lower surface of the insulated housing; a horizontal fixed shaft is arranged between centers of two vertical opposite housing walls of the insulated housing; a rotatable expanding block is arranged on the fixed shaft in a sleeving mode; the rotatable expanding block rotates under the driving of a mechanical drive mechanism; in a rotary process of the rotatable expanding block, pressure is generated on the upper surface and the lower surface of the insulated housing, so that the upper surface and the lower surface of the insulated housing are deformed; after being connected, the upper elastic pole piece and the lower elastic pole piece are connected with the two ends of an energy storage capacitor; the energy storage capacitor outputs through a rectifying bridge circuit. The finger-pressure power generating device can output power supply energy required by operation for emitting or receiving data frames at one time by a low-power-consumption radio frequency receiving and dispatching module.
