Tunable center frequency continuous time bandpass /spl Delta//spl Sigma/ modulators for wireless transceivers

Top level analytical models of the center frequency tunable 4/sup th/ and 6/sup th/ order continuous time bandpass (CT BP) /spl Delta//spl Sigma/ modulators are presented. The validity of the models is confirmed by mixed-signal behavioral simulations for both the AC and transient modes of operation. We examine the readiness of these models in a frequency upconversion application for an analog front end of a software defined radio.
