Automatic dispersion compensation for WDM system by mode-splitting of tone-modulated CS-RZ signal

A novel automatic dispersion compensation system for WDM systems that is based on mode-splitting of tone-modulated CS-RZ signals is proposed and its compensation capability is demonstrated by 100 GHz spaced 8×43 Gbit/s WDM transmission.
