공동주택에서 바닥 복사냉방시스템과 외기전담시스템의 통합 적용 시 열 쾌적 및 에너지 성능 평가

In this study, thermal comfort and energy performance of the Radiant Floor Cooling System integrated with Dedicated Outdoor Air System(RFCS-DOAS) was analyzed and compared with the existing system, Packaged Air Conditioner with Energy Recovery Ventilator(PAC-ERV). As a result, the room temperature maintained within the range of 25~27℃ with both of PAC-ERV and RFCS-DOAS. Since the minimum floor surface temperature was 20℃ and the dew-point temperature was from 14℃ to 16℃, the condensation on the surface did not occur. In the aspect of the thermal comfort, minimum value of PMV was ?0.62 and maximum PPD was 12.5% for PAC-ERV, which was out of recommended range. However, RFCS-DOAS could maintain the PMV and PPD within the recommended range. In addition, the total energy consumption during continuous operation in the PAC-ERV was 1,098 ㎾h which were about 1.5 times more than 717㎾h, the total energy consumption of the RFCS-DOAS, and during intermittent operation, the total energy consumption in the PAC-ERV showed 730㎾h which were about 1.8 times more than 407㎾h, the total energy consumption of the RFCS-DOAS. So, the energy consumption ratio of the PAC-ERV to RFCS-DOAS during continuous operation was lower than that during intermittent operation.
