Shipbuilding precision control is dimensional accuracy analysis and control in the whole process of shipbuilding.Along with continuously improving of hull structure processing accuracy as well as continuously optimization assembly process and equipment,the key point of hull assembly and welding accuracy control is to carry out effective monitoring and controlling deformation produced in the welding process.Inherent strain finite element calculation adapts the elastic static load analysis to avoid the complex welding process to simplify the calculation process.Using the auxiliary special welding distortion prediction software,the inherent strain in the welding process is predicted,giving the corresponding welding deformation compensation quantity,so as to achieve the goal of controlling accuracy.It is used in the tail section production practice of 575000 D WT bulk carriers.
