The constant flux blanking plug is a downhole flow control device used in separate layer water injection system. During its design and improvement activities, it is necessary to know the flow characteristic and reliability in the downhole operating condition. But direct downhole experiment may interfere the regular oil extraction. The principle of the operating condition simulation system for the constant flux blanking plug was analyzed, which can simulate the downhole pressure, temperature and concentration of solid particle. For the temperature and concentration have large lag, nonlinearity and uncertainty in the control system, the fuzzy-PID control algorithm was adopted to adjust the PID parameters continually. Simulation and preliminary test results show that the proposed controller has a good disturbance rejection and dynamic properties, and that the system can imitate well the downhole operating condition
