Development of Technology and Industrialization of Non-Grain Crops Fuel Ethanol

Non-grain fuel ethanol is one of emphases on the development of biomass energy in China. Non-grain energy crops, such as cassava, cane, Jerusalem artichoke, kudzu, and Dioscorea composite, etc, are discussed from aspects of resource advantages, development of ethanol conversion technology, and industrialization in China. Suggestions about how to develop non-grain crops fuel ethanol industry are proposed in this article.
