Design and Implementation of Data Acquisition Module of Industrial Wind-machine Monitoring Instrument Based on MAX1320

A new scheme of data acquisition module′s design of industrial wind-machine monitor,which is mainly made up of MAX1320 that is a 14 bit 8 channels′ simultaneous sampling ADC which is Maxim′s latest production and LPC2290 which is a ARM7 processor of Philips.The main capability and characteristics of MAX1320,and its application in the data acquisition of industrial wind-machine monitor are introduced.And multi-point optional circuit outside 8 channels of MAX1320,the analog integrated circuit of the monitoring instrument and the interface between MAX1320 and the ARM7 processor-LPC2290 are analysed.The reliability and stability of the system has been proved by test.It has a strong practical value.
