CONSTITUTION: A plurality of IC chips performs one or more functions among a financial function and an information offering function. A chip selecting unit selects one of a plurality of card IC chips. An MS(Magnetic Strip) unit(105) stores the information. An MS record(109) records the information stored in the selected card IC chip in the MS unit.
