Apres les evenements du 11 septembre 2001, l'A. examine les concepts de jihad et mujahidin et s'interroge sur la necessite du meurtre en politique. En reference a l'ouvrage recent de J. Seergy consacre aux implications politiques de la finitude de l'homme, l'A. montre que l'activisme musulman se donne pour objectif la realisation de l'immortalite divine sur terre et revendique avec H. Arendt l'exclusion de la violence de la sphere publique.
