Some Properties of Multi-argument Distances and Fermat Multidistance

The conventional definition of distance between two points has been extended to apply to collections of more than two elements. In this paper some significant properties of those multi–argument distances are analyzed and we study a class of multidistances that we call Fermat multidistances.
