Marco de medición de la accesibilidad web

This paper shows the results of an accessibility survey of capital cities websites from different countries. The study evaluates the fulfillment of the 64 checkpoints proposed by W3C (World Wide Web Consortium). The two contributions of the paper include presenting the results of the accessibility level achieved by each site, and proposing an enhanced framework for measuring accessibility. The proposed framework will enable distinguishing the accessibility level of websites which are at the same level of the W3C model.
