Highfrequencyoperationofcircuitsisalso a key word today. In these respects, realizationoflow-voltagehigh-frequencyactivefiltersisoneofthemost attractive and important issues in many signalprocessingfields.ActiveRCfilterisoneofthecandidatesoffiltersthatmayhavepossibilitiesofintegrationandhighfre-quencyandlowvoltageoperation. Leapfrogstructurethat simulates doubly terminated LC filters has beenhighly appreciatedsince itinheritsthelow sensitivitynaturesoftheproto-typeLCfilters[1]. ActiveRCfil-
