The present invention relates to a method and a system for the integration monitoring of a fan filter unit (FFU) and an equipment fan unit (EFU), which controls an AC motor and a BLDC motor used to the FFU or EFU installed to maintain cleanliness in a clean room through an integrated controller and monitors the AC motor and the BLDC motor.
