A plug-and-play sensor module capable of supporting multiple interfaces structurally comprises a top sensor module and a universal base plate. The top sensor module comprises sensors, an EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable read-only memory) unit and eight pins, the information of a sensor mapping table is stored in the EEPROM unit, the universal base plate comprises a controller, a wireless module, eight jacks and other interfaces, the EEPROM unit of the sensor module is matched with the controller of the universal base plate, a sensor characteristic value in the EEPROM mapping table of the plugged top sensor module is read by the controller, a corresponding sensor control program stored in the controller is executed, and data are acquired and transmitted. The controller obtains the sensor information in the mapping table, judges and identifies the sensors and configures the corresponding pins, so that the circuit is automatically configured. The program is allocated in a wireless writing manner. The various mainstream sensor interfaces are designed into a uniform interface mode, and a plug-and-play function is realized.
