The analysis and virtual simulation on the electro-hydraulic control system for an electro-hydraulic control axis-fixed transmission

The electro-hydraulic control axis fixed transmission can successfully achieve shift by bonding or separating of the directional and speed clutches through controlling the solenoid valves on or off by the shift handle in the hydraulic control circuit. Since the models of these transmissions are different, their control systems are not the same. It has been analyzed to the work principles of this transmission which is included in DAXA MHR-32000 series. The transmission which has 5 solenoid valves can afford us 4 forward speeds and 3 reverse speeds. According to the analysis, the simulation of the hydraulic control circuit has been finished with AMESim, and furthermore, the virtual assembly of some main parts has been carried out with the engines in Open Inventor 4.0 for the further theoretical study and engineering application.
