SOC Test Scheduling Based on Multi-population Genetic Algorithm

This paper focus on the SOC test scheduling, and proposed a test scheduling method based on Multi-Population Genetic Algorithm (MPGA), used to optimize the allocation of test resources. MPGA with multi-threaded parallel evolution of populations can effectively avoid the problem of local convergence. Experiments are conducted on standard circuit, showing that the method used to SOC test scheduling has good results, test time has been optimized.
