Limitations to achieve high bandwidth control in hard disk drive servo systems

This paper aims to demonstrate the effect of air flow indnced vibration (windage) on PES spectrum, with respect to various bandwidths. Windage is the dominant contributor to off-track error. Moreover there is another important effect which stems from high frequency disturbances such as windage, which plays a significant role in increasing off-track error which is known as aliasing.
