Proposal of an e-learning system with skill-based homework assignments

— In this paper, we build a learning environment that combines "lectures", "e-Learning", and "push-type homework assignments". We study the feasibility of automatic homework assignments by the degree of comprehension and also quantitatively evaluate the degrees of achievements of each student.
