Analysis and Research of a Precision Seeder Horizontal Adjustment Mechanism

Firstly,the movement characteristics for field seedling vacuum-vibration tray precision seeder is analyzed and the necessity for planter horizontal adjustment is discussed.Secondly,based on the structure of constructed horizontal adjustment parallel mechanism,the screw theory is applied to calculating DOF of parallel mechanism and analysizing motion characteristics of the moving platform,the mechanism is proved to meet the requirements of horizontal adjustment.Both the methods of rector closed form and homogeneous coordinate transformation are used to analyza the position positive and negative solutions for the parallel mechanism,and the correspondent mathematical expressions about the position relationship of input and output are obtained,which provided a theoretical basis for horizontal adjustment of the seeder.Finally,the advanced and practical drive for horizontal adjustment mechanism is designed.
