Translating strategy into implementation via capability-based planning

In today's fast moving environment, many organizations experience increasing problems in designing their strategy. Translating strategy into action can be even harder.Under this circumstances, Capability-based planning (CBP) has been proposed to solve this problems. Consequently, the main goal of this study is the design of a practical method for aligning strategy development with implementation by using capability-based planning. This method will help organizations with translating their strategy into implementation.
