A CASE STUDY ON NO.1 CHANGQING GAS PRODUCTION PLANT: THEORETICAL RENOVATION AND VERIFICATION OF PLAN BUDGET-PRACTICE CONTROLLING SYSTEM

This paper,based on the seasonal production in gas field units,carries out a plan-budget-practice management theory,which systematically manages the production,operation and safety.It is a successful application of the theory in gas fields.This paper discusses the renovation and management of the theory,verifies it through case study,and presents some suggestions improving this system.
