The simulation and improved k-nearest neighbors algorithm of LANDMARC for books positioning

For the specific environment of the University Library, LANDMARC system model has been built to simulate and analyze the k-nearest neighbors algorithm of LANDMARC. Because the accuracy of the k-nearest neighbors algorithm used in the books positioning is not enough, in this paper, the improved the k-nearest neighbors algorithm has been proposed. The simulation results prove that the accuracy of improved algorithm is good enough to be used in university library books positioning.
