TRAF-NETSIM: HOW IT WORKS, WHAT IT DOES

The paper describes TRAF-NETSIM, a microscopic computer software program that simulates individual vehicular behavior in response to any or all such factors such as traffic volume, signal operations, turning movements, pedestrians, intersection configurations, bus operations, parking maneuvers, and lane closures due to construction. The paper discusses some of the situations TRAF-NETSIM can analyze. TRAF-NETSIM requires an IBM ST, AT, 386, or PS/2 computer (compatible) with 640 kilobytes of memory, a hard disk, a coprocessor and a monochrome or color monitor.
