SLA 쾌속조형기에서의 제작 오차에 관한 연구

During stereolithography processes, the build distortion is generated by the shrinkage of the resins. In this study, the effects of dimension of the specimens on the build distortion is examined. Specimens of different layer thickness and part thickness are processed and their deformations are measured with CMM. The upper face shows convex surface and deforms downward around the border while attached to the platform. Shorter spacing of the supports results in longer build time and difficult removal, while longer spacing does delamination. When the supports are removed, curl distortion is generated due to the differential shrinkage of the layers. The curl distortion increases exponentially with decreasing part thickness.
