Opracowanie i badania porównawcze modelu zapalnika WP-7

The paper presents the results of experimental and numerical studies of a fuse of a missile with a RPG-7 cumulative head. The experimental studies were carried out at the testing stand equipped with the holder with the possibility of changing the fuse angle of inclination as well as with a slideway along which the weights with the agreed mass were being dropped. During the experiment, the run of the electric impulse occurring on the fuse circumference was measured with the use of an oscilloscope. Next, on the basis of the fuse geometry, its numerical model based on the finite element method was prepared. The conditions required in the numerical model to generate an electric impulse capable to stimulate the explosive material were determined with the use of experimental tests.
