Image Fragment Carving Algorithms Based on Pixel Similarity

Fragment carving is one challenging problem in file carving. Firstly, image fragments carving framework is given. Then fragment contiguous weight algorithm is designed based on pixel similarity to determine the adjacent sequence among fragments. Image fragments carving algorithm is proposed in order to carve image fragment. Finally experimental results demonstrate that the image fragment carving algorithms can be used to determine the adjacent sequence among fragments, and carve original image.
