Relevance between High-tech Industry Development and Industrial Upgrading in Hubei Province

The status of high-tech industry of Hubei Province was analyzed through its size,profits,industry structure and technological innovation capability.The grey related model was used to calculate the grey related coefficient between high-tech industry development and industrial upgrading of Hubei Province.Based on systematical study on the related effects between high-tech industry and industrial upgrading,some related advice was presented for the industrial upgrading of Hubei Province.
