Stochastic analysis of outdoor power systems in fluctuating environment

Abstract This paper presents newly developed expressions for state probabilities, system reliability, system availability and mean-time-to-failure (MTTF) for three types of outdoor electric power systems working in random environment. System measure plots are shown for all these Markov models.
