Optimization of arrangement of photoelectric power plants with radiation concentrators in solar electric power plant design

A model is proposed for determining the energy generated by tracking photoelectric power modules (TPEM) with their partial shadowing. The model takes into account the direct solar radiation input, and also the dependence of the efficiency of the tracking photoelectric modules with multijunction solar cells and radiation concentrators on the atmospheric mass. The optimal variant of solar module arrangement for different locations is determined, and the ground area required by a single TPEM of given size is estimated.
