LES PUNAISES DE LIT, RETOUR VERS LE FUTUR

Des le milieu des annees 1990, tant les professionnels de la sante que les specialistes de la gestion parasitaire (ou gestionnaires de parasites) ont note une augmentation des plaintes liees a la presence des punaises de lit dans les grandes villes a travers le monde (Hwang et al., 2005; Ter Poorten and Prose, 2005). Des infestations de punaises ont notamment ete signalees dans des maisons, des immeubles a logements, des hotels, des motels, des etablissements de soins, des refuges pour sans-abri et des residences pour etudiants et pour personnes âgees (Ter Poorten and Prose, 2005).
