Take the 168F SI engine for example. Analyze the influence of small non-road SI engine’s vibration performance and conformity of production which created by the size’s deviation of the crankshaft counterbalance using the engineering software ADAMS. The result shows that the cylindrical dimension and tolerance value of thecrankshaft balance block have greater impact on machine’s vibration. After machining, the cylindrical dimension of the gasoline engine’s crankshaft counterbalance optimized from 42mm to 42.43 ± 0.15mm. The equivalent vibration intensity ranges from 56 to 64.1mm/s, which have a significantly improvement compared to the original equivalent vibration intensity ranging from 56 to 102.8mm/s. Draw the conclusion that the control of dimensional tolerances is vital to control the non-shaft balance single-cylinder engine’s vibration performance and conformity of production.
