Inhibition by diphenylhydantoin of vasopressin release from isolated rat neurohypophyses.

: Diphenylhydantoin (40 μg/ml) inhibited vasopressin release from isolated hemilobes of rat neurohypophyses, both during resting conditions and after electrical stimulation.
